As the author of your TradePage - including TradeProfile, TradeProducts & TradeLeads - you take full responsibility for accuracy, honesty and professionalism. As the author, you confirm your information contains nothing illegal, pornographic, nor copyright protected. Furthermore, you warrant to NOT engage in the purchase and/or sale of any product/service that is illegal - including copyrighted or trademarked products.

No Liability

Acknowledging that the use of the data contained in this Site requires judgment and analysis, the User warrants and represents to fuar365.com that it has the necessary expertise and judgement to use the data.

Information available at fuar365.com is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, as to the accuracy of or non-infringement of property rights in the content, whether or not fuar365.com has been given notice of any such defect. The User assumes the entire risk as to the accuracy of and the use of this Site and any information that is linked to.

Fuar365.com, its directors, officers, employees and suppliers are not liable in contract or otherwise for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage of whatever nature sustained by a User or others directly or indirectly as a result of making use of this Site and the data in it.

In using this Site, Users expressly waive any and all claims that they may have against fuar365.com, its directors, officers, employees and suppliers arising out of such use, and agree to indemnify fuar365.com against all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, demands, liabilities and expenses whatsover incurred by fuar365.com as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions by a User.

Reference to any product, process, publication, or service of any third party by trade name, trademark, manufacturer advertisement or otherwise, does not constitute or imply the endorsement or recommendation of such by fuar365.com.

Assume that everything you see or read on this Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted. The copyright on this site and the underlying files which implement the features of the pages are the property of fuar365.com and its licensors unless otherwise stated.

The reproduction or use of part or all of the content of this Site in any way (including without limitation viewing, downloading, printing and saving) is prohibited. You may not distribute, broadcast, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use in any form the content of this Site, or use the content to build other databases without our written permission.

Any images of people used on this site are used with permission or in accordance with applicable law. Reuse of them without permission may violate privacy and publication rights of those persons.

Confidential Information

User acknowledges that information contained in this Site may be proprietary and confidential to fuar365.com and its users. User agrees that it will not disclose, indirectly or indirectly data to third parties other than as required to carry out the purposes of this agreement.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Site so as to violate any law, or to misuse the proprietary information or property of others for his or her own purposes or otherwise, and not to make postings which are threatening or defamatory or otherwise injurious to the safety, business or reputation of others.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Users shall not:

• Create multiple accounts for the same business and/or division/branch, or maintain multiple accounts for different businesses. One individual/business is entitled to one TradePage account. Users found to have created multiple accounts will have accounts deleted and may be BANNED from fuar365.com.
• Provide contact information - such as email address, website URL, phone number, etc. - in any location other than the contact information section. Contact information is NOT displayed for FREE Members. To view contact information and dispaly contact information, members should upgrade to Client or Premium Membership.
• Disclose private communications without permission to parties other than the intended recipient, or disclose confidential information
• Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or profane information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or otherwise violate any local, provincial, state, national or international law, including without limitation, export control laws and regulations
• Post or transmit any information or software that the sender is aware contains a virus, worm, or other harmful component
• Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, information, software or other material which is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining the permission of the copyright owner or right holder
• Falsify user information provided to fuar365.com or to other users of the Service in connection with the use of fuar365.com services
• Account sharing, including without limitation, letting third parties use your account and password. Only 1 Trade Page account per person and/or company is permitted.

Fuar365.com considers the above practices to constitute abuse of the Terms of Use. Engaging in one or more of these practices may result in the User's account being NOT Listed, Restricted, BANNED and/or deleted.

Solicitation Restrictions

Further to the limitations described under "Acceptable Use", for the benefit of its members, fuar365.com has established limitations on the number of messages that Users can send within a given time period. The sole purpose of this policy is to restrict the number of unwated solicitations members may receive.

All FREE Members can send a maximum of 5 TradeMail inquiries per month and receive up to 5 TradeMail inquiries per month. These limitations were developed with the understanding that contacting other members is the foundation of achieving trade success, but equally, understanding that some users may SPAM members with unsolicited messages. To send/receive more messages each month - or to be sure that the receiver will get your message, upgrade to Client or Premium Membership.

To have increased access to members through Contact Requests, users can become paying Client Members or Premium Members. Client Members can send/receive up to 100 Contact Requests per month and Premium Members can send/receive up to 200 per month, providing in both cases that they are relevant. Relevance is determined by the suitability of the Senders product/service offering and its corelation to the Receivers products/services. Members that exceed these limitations and /or abuse the use of Contact Requests may have their membership revoked, without compensation.

Termination

In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, or for any reason whatsoever, fuar365.com may terminate and/or ban a member or subscriber immediately without fault or penalty. Fuar365.com strives to maintain an international directory of fuar365.com and exporters that are active on the website. Members may be deleted due to inactivity, without recourse. When a member has not logged in for 6 months, their account status is in jeopardy and may be deleted.

Fuar365.com provides free membership to importers, exporters and service providers worldwide. Free usage of fuar365.com is offered on a somewhat limited basis. Members that receive a clear benefit are expected - in time - to upgrade their membership. Free Members that have sent or received over 50 TradeMail messages should upgrade to Client or Premium membership. Free Members that use the site actively and do not upgrade, may be NOT Listed and required to pay.

Refund Policy

Refunds only apply to members that have paid to upgrade their account. In exceptional circumstances where the User is not satisfied with the number of TradeMail inquiries received as a Client or Premium Member, then fuar365.com guarantees results and will refund full payment, upon termination of the membership period and with written notification. Paid members can contact fuar365.com TradeStaff to determine the number of TradeMail messages which the member is gauranteed to receive.

Applicable Law

You agree that the laws of Turkey apply to any issue that may arise with fuar365.com regarding this site, and to settle such dispute in the courts of Turkey
